Banana & Avocado

This smoothie is rich in potassium with the avocado containing vitamins a, e & k to help your body function properly with water soluble vitamins such as b & c.


60g Avocado

100g Banana

200g Lacto free milk, (vegan alternative use almond milk)

2g Maple syrup

2 Ice cubes

0.5g Cinnamon


Cut the avocado in half, remove the stone, and scoop the flesh out using a spoon

Place all the ingredients into a blender and mix until smooth

Pour into a glass
