Kiwi fruit, a great source of vitamin c and rich in antioxidants with the creaminess from the banana and the added benefits of potassium.
INGREDIENTS, (SERVES 2)
200ml Lacto free milk, (vegan alternative use almond milk)
2 Tsp Maple syrup, (optional)
3g Chai seeds
2 Ice cubes
Peel and cut the Kiwi and Banana and place in a blender
Add all remaining ingredients to the blender and blend until smooth
Pour into a glass and serve
