An indulgent treat packed with protein & magnesium from the peanut butter, potassium from the banana & antioxidants from the rich dark chocolate.
INGREDIENTS, (SERVES 2)
2 Tsp Peanut Butter
1 Tsp Cinnamon
1g Vanilla extract
30g 100% Dark chocolate or cacao nibs,(check ingredients for soya or milk)
200ml Lacto free milk
100g Firm banana
2 Ice cubes
Add all the ingredients to blender and mix until smooth
Pour into a glass
