Strawberries & Cream

A great way to add calcium and antioxidants to your diet along with cleansing your digestive system with the strawberries.
INGREDIENTS, (SERVES 2)
125g Strawberries
200g Coconut yogurt, (check ingredients for soya)
100g Lacto free milk
2g Vanilla extract
2 Ice cubes
VEGAN RECIPE
125g Strawberries
160g Coconut yogurt
80g Almond milk
2g Vanilla extract
2 Ice cubes
METHOD
Rinse the strawberries and remove the core and green leaf
Place all the ingredients into the blender and mix until smooth, (the vegan recipe may tend to be slightly runnier)
Pour into a glass
