Ingredients (Serves 2 - 4)
1 Jar of Slightly Different Foods Bolognese Sauce
200g Gluten Free Pasta
2 Tbsp Garlic Infused Oil
25g Parmesan
1 Teaspoon of Dairy Free Butter (Optional)
Parsley to garnish
Salt & Pepper
Method
Bring a large saucepan of water to the boil. Add the pasta, (follow the cooking instructions on the pasta packet for the cooking time and adjust to your preference).
Once cooked drain a small amount of the water into a pot. Continue to drain the remaining water.
Once drained stir in the butter (this will stop the pasta from sticking) leave to one side.
Heat 1 Tbsp of oil in a large saucepan and add the mince. Cook for 5 minutes or until browned.
Add the red wine and simmer for 5 minutes or until the wine has reduced down slightly.
Add the sauce and season with salt & pepper.
Stir and simmer for 5 minutes, (if required add a small amount of the pasta water to thin).
Pour the pasta into the sauce, mix and heat to warm the pasta through.
Transfer to a large bowl, (Optional: drizzle the remaining oil over your meal).
Grate cheese of your choice & garnish with parsley to finish.
