Ingredients (Serves 2)
1 Jar of Slightly Different Foods Tomato & Basil Sauce
150g Gluten Free Penne Pasta or similar
1 Tbsp Garlic Infused Oil
10g Basil Leaves chopped
Parmesan or Vegan Cheese (Option)
Bring a large saucepan of water to the boil. Add the pasta and the garlic infused oil, (follow cooking instructions on the pasta packet for cooking time and adjust to your preference).
Once cooked drain and leave to one side.
Heat and stir sauce in a saucepan for 2 minutes or until piping hot.
Pour one third of the sauce into a small bowl.
Add the pasta & basil leaves to the remaining sauce, return to heat and stir for a few seconds to warm the pasta through.
Transfer to a large bowl covering the meal with the remaining sauce.
Grate cheese of your choice & garnish with basil to finish.
