I recently bought the 10 pack of cooking sauces. This is a good selection of really tasty sauces. The Thai red curry is my favourite.
These sauces are great for creating easy and healthy low fodmap meals. Even my family are happy to cook for me.

i got diagnosed with IBS around a year ago and immdiately felt down about my food prospects being a massive foodie , i found this website ordered the six pick n mix , was not expecting much in terms of flavour tbh but these sauces have made me exited about food again . ive already made curry , hunters chicken sandwhiches , oatcakes with there tomato relish . i actually have a varied and exiting range of food now 🙂 its always well packaged and always arrives fast .

After a shaky start with this company, they sent me two products of my choice free, to try. The Tomato and Basil sauce was very tasty and I would consider using again. I haven’t tried the Raspberry and Mint dressing yet. I feel their customer service is very good and they obviously want to give a good experience.

They really are the best company for delicious low fodmap food.

I bought the salad dressing pack and I am really pleased so far. I have tried the pickle and the raspberry and mint dressing, both are amazing and full of flavour. I’ll definitely be ordering more from here. I highly recommend them for anyone wanting more flavour while on the low fodmap diet. A++++

Amazing flavours. We haven’t worked our way through all of the sauces yet but they are amazing. The flavours are great and you really do get the tasting notes of all the ingredients. So pleased we found these!!!

WOW..So glad I stumbled across this page. Although the page states gluten free and vegan free etc. For me the biggest relief was these products being nut free. So far I have loved the tikka masala, sweet and sour and chip shop curry! All bursting with flavour. Even my fiancé is loving the products. Highly recommend and will definitely be back for more!

Great choice of Sauces in this offer. You can pick your favourites or try something new. I’m trying a new jar of sauce every other day. Favourites so far are chilli non carne and curry dipping sauce. Thanks for helping to make low fodmap diet more enjoyable Will purchase again!
